What brings you here?

Joe’s team, not Joe. That is deliberate and it is faster: they can answer most things immediately and route the rest properly.
You will hear back within one business day.
What happens on a science consultation
Thirty minutes on video, going through what the research actually says on a topic. Here is the whole process.
- You tell us the topicWhat you want to understand. This tells Joe what to read before the call.
- You read and sign the agreementIt states plainly that Joe is not a medical doctor and that nothing in the conversation is medical advice. Written by his attorneys. One page, signed online.
- You pay and pick a timeCard, straight through. Then you choose a slot from Joe’s actual calendar, with no back-and-forth email.
- You have the conversationThirty minutes, science only. You leave with the sources so you can keep reading.
Not a medical appointment
Joe will not diagnose you, tell you what treatment to have, or advise you on your own case, not because of a technicality, but because he is not qualified to and would be doing you harm by pretending otherwise.
What he will do is tell you what the published evidence says, what it doesn’t say, how strong it is, and what questions to take to the physician who is treating you. For a lot of families that turns out to be the more useful half.

Not a clinical service
There is a fee, and schools should ask anyway
It varies with the event, the audience, the travel and the preparation, so it is quoted rather than published.
Schools and non-profits: a significant amount of this work is done at a reduced rate or free. That conversation happens here rather than being decided by a number on a page. Where Joe donates his time, the value is recorded as a donation in kind.
Date, location, audience size and age, the kind of organization you are, and what you want people to walk away with.
Hyperbaric incidents, diving operations, decompression, brain injury
